Why was Lindsay Lohan arrested again? It could seriously be a a number of reasons that this point but the incident that landed her behind bars last night was a bar fight or rather a club biotch fight.
In New York City while partying at the club Avenue Lindsay allegedly assaulted another female patron, Tiffany Eve Mitchell. The train wreck of a starlet was later hauled off in handcuffs and charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault. According to the NYPD Lilo punched Mitchell in the face. There are many media outlets out there reporting that the girl fight was all because of The Wanted’s Max George. Although it has not been confirmed the reports, which are supposedly from eye witnesses, say that Lohan got upset when Max basically ignored her advances. When he began speaking to Tiffany the sometimes actress got upset and punched her. Seriously a brawl over the guy in The Wanted. I mean he is cute but so not fight over worthy, just saying. The incident and arrest went down about 4am.
Along with the charges that were filed against Lohan in New York City there were also charges filed against her in California, even though she clearly was not in the state at the time. The California charges stem from her June car crash where she slammed her Porsche into a dump truck. The charges against her are three misdemeanors that include, providing false information to police, reckless driving and willfully obstructing a police officer from their duties.
Just to recap here, in one day the Liz & Dick star has racked up four misdemeanors, seriously that is crazy. Then again it seems like the actress who not that long ago was all about backing a career comeback is back to her old ways. The fight earlier this morning is just the latest in a long string of incidents that have involved Lilo and the law, including a very publicized fight with her mom back in October that ended with the cops being called.
Oh Lindsay will you ever get your life together?
